Regional News Prosecutor Files Charges St. Francois County Prosecuting Attorney Wendy Wexler horn has filed a charge of involuntary manslaughter against Donald Massey of Bonne Terre. This involves the shooting death of Euguene Koester earlier this year. The filing of the charge follows a coroners inquest held last week. A date for his next court date hasn't been scheduled at this time. The ceremony will take place behind Parkland Health Center on Raider Road. The project is expected to cost close to eight million dollars and should be done by late summer of next year. It'll begin on May 27 and run through the end of June. That decision was made at the May board of education meeting. A number of students were honored for their accomplishments at a recent academic competition. The different building principals also reviewed the past year at the meeting.
